Sales process

The process begins with a detailed analysis of the asset, its legal framework and the applicable market context. This phase allows for the definition of realistic expectations, identification of comparable assets and assessment of risk and value drivers.

Based on this analysis, the asset placement strategy is defined, including positioning, reference pricing, target audience and distribution channels, which may take an on-market or off-market format.

Execution is conducted in a controlled manner, encompassing contact management, qualification of interested parties, organisation of viewings and ongoing monitoring, allowing for informed adjustments whenever justified by market behaviour.

Negotiation and structuring of the commercial terms are managed in coordination with the involved parties, in compliance with the applicable legal framework, culminating in the execution of the promissory agreement and the deed.

 

Residential

This activity is carried out within PRIVESTO’s Residential department, dedicated to the brokerage of residential properties in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.
